HousingNet supply data and information to people working in, and working with, Housing Associations, Local Authorities and the PRS. We concentrate on Repairs, Maintenance, Construction & Business Intelligence.
HousingNet was born in 1997 and our clients like what we do, especially our customer service. We figured out how to do this well and we’re rolling with it.
It starts with the research team adding housing related information to Housingnet every day. We source this data from tenders, reports, news, minutes, open-source data sets and the Web.
Our Business Intelligence On-Demand service has all the latest news, High & Low Value Tenders, CANs and Local Authority Minutes that relate to our ‘Built Environment’ remit.
We work closely with our clients and collect the information and data they request and build the tools they need. We know what you’re looking for so if you don’t immediately see it then ask us. We will have it or have a very good reason why we don’t.
Data can be accessed online in tables, maps and web pages or exported to spreadsheets and we have a team of people who are waiting for your requests.
As with all the information we collect, every Tender and CAN is stripped of data and added to our system. We don’t rely on CPVs, NUTs or Contract Values as we think we do a better job of cataloguing this information.
There are four main contract databases; Tenders, Contract Awards, Expiring & a master database containing every contract and notice we’ve collected.
When clients have selected a Tender, Contract or Organisation of interest they can link to metrics with an event timeline to decide for themselves the likelihood of winning a bid, securing extensions or future business opportunities.
We deliver monthly league tables on Responsive Repair, Planned Works, Gas & Central Heating, Voids & Construction, Market Share Analysis and multiple Benchmarking tables.
