Boston Mayflower is a not-for-profit Company, and a Registered Charity. The Company was formed and launched during 1999, in order to purchase the entire portfolio of (almost 5,000) homes, owned by Boston Borough Council, following a ballot by the tenants of Boston, who wished to see their homes improved.
Boston Mayflower is governed by a voluntary Board of Management, made up of Tenants and Independent Members, who bring valuable business skills and experiences.
We employ 110 staff in a variety of professional disciplines, who deliver a range of valuable services to our customers, and who strive to continuously improve the way in which we work, using the most up to date Information and Communication Technologies.
We are recognised as an “Investor In People”, and provide our staff with every opportunity to develop and grow, both personally and professionally, using a generous training budget and a group of supportive managers. |
